Saudi Arabia's beneficial-owner rules apply to nearly every company — only listed joint-stock companies are carved out, and even they must prove it. UBO applies the criteria in their legal sequence: 25% of capital or voting rights, held directly or indirectly through other companies; the power to appoint or remove management; effective influence; and, if no one qualifies, the manager or board as fallback. Indirect stakes are computed through your real ownership graph, not eyeballed. The result feeds a compliant register, an annual confirmation timed to your CR anniversary, and a 15-day update task whenever the facts change.
