Companies must deposit their financial statements on the Qawaem platform within six months of the fiscal year-end — four for joint-stock companies (Companies Law, Art. 17(2)). Missing it carries a personal fine on the manager or chairman of SAR 2,000–20,000 by company form and capital, increased 50% on a repeat year (MD 236).
